Fun at Grandma and Grandpa’s
Hi my name is Dexter! I am My Margret and My Greg’s 10 week old grandpuppy. Grandma says I am little but I don’t know it and I have shark teeth and baby alligator jaws just like my cousin Bessie Pup had.
I got to go stay with them for a few days.
I met my cousin pups.
And played a lot with my cousin kitty, Linus. My Margret said he liked playing with me as much as I liked playing with him.
I went on lots of walks. There was lots to explore!
Played with toys
And took lots and lots of naps.
While I had a lot of fun at Grandma and Grandpa’s I sure was happy to see my family when they came home, they were happy to see me too! ❤️

This girl is our princess.
She loves…
Loves…
Loves being comfy and has the knack of making even the floor look as comfortable as a feather bed.
She’s our “Hmm let me think about it, oh you meant me!” girl.
She always seems to know when someone needs special attention and will quietly go stand by them. Even if it’s to cheer on their winning hand.
She’s the calmest of our 3 pups and is the one our little people get to pet and love on first.
She loves her baths so much that she usually jumps in the tub for seconds and thirds while her sisters are deciding if they want their first.
She is unique this Bonnie Pup of ours.

Uniquely Her Own, Belle Pup
This girl is our dog, cat, person retrieving taker carer pup.
She has the ability to silently communicate with others and they obey her. (It’s mine this time, Bessie, all mine!) She understands when I ask her to go get whomever I need and again they obey her.
She taught Linus Kitty all he knows about being a golden retriever.
She was squeaker challenged but has proudly mastered the art of tennis ball squeaking…loudly and repeatedly!
While she’s gentle and doesn’t get pushy she doesn’t hesitate to come and let me know what she wants. Whether it be playing fetch with her tennis ball. Three throws and fetches then she tucks it in close by her side. Or asking for a massage complete with tummy rubs. Or letting you know she has a couple of drops of water on her fur and needs to be dried off NOW. She lets you know.
She is unique this Belle Pup of ours.

Uniquely Her Own, Bessie Pup
After doing a bit of reorganizing we are keeping the doors open to our front room so the pups have a bit more room to spread out, although they are never too far away, literally mere feet unless they are in our laps, from where we are. Bessie now has an additional 4 windows in which she can survey her kingdom and tell us about it.
This morning at 4:45, (yes it is Saturday and I need to learn to sleep in, it’s on the list!) Bessie started to bark, I went out to the far end of the front room and stood beside my pup who was keeping watch. Clearly not seeing what she was telling me about I put my arm around her and said “Bess, do we see a bunny, a dog, a kitty or an imaginarywhatchamacallit?” She just looked at me with her big brown eyes and said “yes!”
I gently ruffled her fur and said “good job, carry on!” and left the room. She stopped barking and shortly followed me because she had told me all she needed to say and she knew by me acknowledging her that she had done her job.
The bond this bouncy girl and I have is amazing to me. She says so much with her imploring eyes, gentle nudges and hurry up barks that I am never left in doubt, at least for long, as to what she is telling me. She is unique this Bessie Pup of ours.

We’re So Excited
Yes the picture is from Christmas but we told our My Margret that it shows perfectly how excited we are that….
Our My Greg is home every day with us. We don’t quite understand why although Linus Kitty says it has something to do with the balloons and the sign with streamers that says Happy Retirement! Linus notices things like that.
All I know is that after I get up early with My Margret I can go back upstairs to see My Greg and get some extra cuddles ~Bessie Pup
All I know is that My Greg cooks really good smelling things and if I turn up the cute and sit on his foot I sometimes (not often) get a nibble. . ~Bonnie Pup
All I know is besides the extra love and cuddles we get to be inside more which means I can play with my tennis ball much more. ~Belle Pup
Bottom line we are so excited that we get to spend even more time with our My Greg!
