Yesterday My Margret took down the curtains from the windows in the landing to wash them.
The funniest thing happened last night. When we were ready to go to bed I happened to look and all of a sudden I saw a DOG out the window.
I barked and barked and barked to make sure it knew that this was our home.
I told my sisters to come with me to go out in our pup pen to let the dog know even more that this was our home. They went with me but looked at each other then at me then back at each other.
Do you know what? That dog was gone when we went outside. Guess I told her! Do you know what else? When we went back upstairs to bed I took a quick look…and there it was again! So I barked and barked and barked and barked some more.
My Margret started to laugh and call me sweet girl and said something about a reflection in the window. I don’t know what she was talking about but you’d better bet I’ll be looking tonight to see if that dog is back.
~ this is Bessie “the keeping an eye on visiting dogs” Pup for the rest of the pups and kitties.
What a ferocious watch dog you are, Bess. I bet you’ll scare away those reflection dogs every time. ❤
Thanks girls! You know that’s what we watcher type dogs do. Nothing’s going to happen on my watch! 😉 ~nose nudges Bess Pup
Oh, wow! I’ve never seen a dog in our windows, but I have seen a Siberian Husky in our fireplace glass! I don’t know how she gets in there, but I wag my tail at her and try to get her to come out and play with me!
Yours sincerely,
Margaret Thatcher
Oh Mrs. Thatcher, I sure hope the fireplace Siberian Husky comes out and plays with you soon! ~nose nudges Bessie Pup
Well done, B. You will need to tell that dog off every night till she goes away. Or until your My Margret puts the curtains back up. #stayvigilant
