Gus Kitty: I’d like to play with your ball please.
Graham: And I’d like you to wag your tail so I can chase it!

HEY!!! Guess what!! The Out of My Yard bunnies show up in the morning too! ~ Scruffy Pup

Happy 4th birthday to Scruffy Pup our 15lb bundle of feisty terrier who keeps us all in line. She lets us know when Bea snatches something she shouldn’t, helps Bessie keep an eye out for those pesky Imaginary Whatchamacallits, doesn’t let her size keep her from defending the kitty boys, or calming her golden sisters down during when roughhousing, and knows when her people need some love and cuddles. Good job keeping your party hat on long enough to take the picture. We love you Scruffy Pup. 💕

Now how did My Margret know that I rolled in the grass? ~ Scruffy Pup

Terrier #1 rule always be smarter than your people! Not In My Yard Bunnies, I’ve still got my eye on you! ~ Scruffy Pup
Note: Scruffy is still trying to figure out how to get around the clips that were placed to keep the panels together after closing the gap that she opened with her determined little head. She’ll probably do it too. 🙄

When doing your job always do it well! ~ Scruffy Pup
Note: The deep sleep of a terrier who successfully spent much of the night barking at the Imaginary Whatchamacalits in our yard.

I love sitting with My Greg but I still wish I could look for the “not in my yard” bunnies. Sigh… ~ Scruffy Pup
Note: the curtains stay open until after supper so Scruffy can keep an eye on the yard all she wants until evening. We decided to close the curtains a couple of days ago when she started getting herself so fussed up about the rabbits that she would shake and bark uncontrollably. And rabbits being rabbits would frolic in plain sight so Scruffy would be sure to see them. ~ My Margret

How do you expect me to watch for the “not in my yard bunnies” if I can’t even see them?!?!?! ~ Scruffy Pup

“So then what happened ?” ~ Scruffy Pup

This morning Scruffy was on My Margret’s lap first but I wanted to cuddle with her too. So I did. ~ Graham Kitty
