I know it’s wet and muddy out but you said we were going to play ball. I’m ready! ~ Bea Pup

You know when you are watching tv and sitting with your My Margret but you want to sit next to your brother too? Yeah that. ~ Gus Gus Kitty

Me? I’m not sassing Scruffy, I’m just sitting here minding my own business. ~ Graham Kitty
Note: Still a work in progress. We now leave the double doors open when we are home and the kittens have full access to the rest of the downstairs via the kitten door. For the most part they only venture in when the pups are not in the livingroom. It’s noteworthy that Scruffy doesn’t bark up a storm anymore every time she lays eyes on the kittens. A lady who works at our vet clinic said it took 4 months for her terrier to get used to her kittens. We’re coming up on 2 months and making progress even if it seems excruciatingly slow. ~ My Margret

A few (okay a lot) of thunderstorm cuddles are my favorite part of our thunderstorm parties. ~ Bessie Pup

Yesterday I got to meet my really big sister Bea Pup nose to nose. She barked at me a little, gave her “I’m excited to see you” aroo sounds, sniffed me and play bowed at me before laying down at My Margret’s feet. I didn’t know what it all meant but My Greg and My Margret sure were happy. Oh and me? After the first few minutes I started to purr! ~ Graham Kitty

Happy 3rd Birthday Scruffy Pup! You keep us on our toes, you are an impressive hole digger, zoomie extraordinaire, master tattletaler and always show us you love us with the slurpiest licks we’ve ever known! 💕

If its okay I just want to sit here a while longer and hold your hand. ~ Bea Pup

You know when your sister is where you want to be so you bark shrilly at her until she gets grumpy. Then because you stirred her up she barks at the kittens so you bark with her. Then your My Margret finally convinces both of you that every thing is fine so you both stop barking and immediately take a nap? Yeah that. ~ Scruffy Pup

My Margret says my ears show my various stages of watchfulness. I think she’s silly and I don’t know what she’s talking about. ~ Scruffy Pup

My Margret says our new harnesses and leashes are important in our next step to getting closer to our sister pups. We say…maybe the harnesses aren’t that bad after all. ~ Graham and Gus Gus Kitties.
(We are still working on getting the harnesses, size xxx small, to fit just right. The boys are long and lean so there has been a lot of tweaking to the straps which the boys have little patience for. 🙄😂 Slow and steady is the name of the game!)
